Michelle Zebleckis serves as the Transaction & Office Manager for The Leslie McDonnell Team at RE/MAX Suburban in Libertyville, Illinois — the operational architect behind one of Lake County's highest-performing real estate teams.
Michelle brings a rare combination of real estate operations expertise and professional design credentials to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Westwood College of Technology and spent several years as a graphic and production designer before transitioning into real estate — where she found a natural home for both skill sets. Prior to joining The Leslie McDonnell Team, she served as Listing and Marketing Department Manager at RE/MAX Top Performers in Lake Bluff, where she oversaw listing coordination, print and digital marketing, social media, and a team of two. That foundation, combined with her design background, gives her an edge that few transaction managers possess.
Since joining the team in 2015 — and being promoted to Listing Manager in 2020 — Michelle has built more than a decade of expertise across every operational layer of a high-volume residential real estate business. She oversees the full lifecycle of every transaction, the management of all team personnel, and the internal systems that allow buyers and sellers across Lake County to experience seamless execution from listing to closing. Equally important is her direct role with clients — Michelle brings a concierge-level approach to every interaction, ensuring that each buyer and seller feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process.
Transaction & Listing Leadership
Michelle manages complete end-to-end transaction coordination for every property, from signed listing agreement through final closing. Her responsibilities include MLS listing creation, optimization, and syndication across all major platforms; pre-listing preparation consulting for Lake County homeowners; professional photography scheduling and vendor coordination; and timeline management, compliance documentation, disclosures, and deadline tracking. She also provides direct support for each listing agent and seller's agent on the team, ensuring every listing is professionally positioned, accurately represented, and flawlessly managed.
A key part of that presentation is photo editing. Michelle personally reviews and refines every set of listing photos — adjusting, tightening, and polishing each image so that properties are shown in their absolute best light before hitting the market. Operations, HR & Administrative Leadership
Beyond transactions, Michelle leads the team's internal infrastructure — including full office management of the Libertyville headquarters, HR administration, hiring and onboarding, payroll, staff training and development, vendor management, and ongoing systems and process optimization. Her oversight allows the team's licensed Realtors and Broker Associates to focus fully on client strategy, negotiation, and representation.
