With a doctorate in pharmacy and a strong background in quality management, she is known for her ability to solve problems, simplify complex tasks, and create organized, efficient systems that keep projects running smoothly.

Before joining The Leslie McDonnell Team, Alyson worked in roles where she managed important documentation, improved workflows, and helped teams stay organized and on track. As the team continues to grow as one of the top real estate groups in the region, she plays a key role in strengthening the internal systems that support our agents and clients and ensuring our team has the tools needed to deliver a smooth experience for every client.
