These rules apply only to the Pie Day Giveaway. The prize, eligibility, entry methods, and dates are listed in the box above (the "Giveaway Details"). This giveaway is separate from our monthly giveaways, which have their own entry form and rules.

No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

The Leslie McDonnell Team, RE/MAX Suburban, 1344 S. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048, (847) 367-5861. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.

Eligibility
Open to the people described in the Giveaway Details. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter
Enter during the entry period using a method listed in the Giveaway Details. All entry methods have an equal chance of winning. Limit one entry per household. Entries received outside the entry period, social media posts Sponsor cannot see, and submissions made through Sponsor's monthly giveaway form will not be counted for this giveaway.

Photos and content
Anything you submit must be your own and appropriate for a family audience. By entering, you confirm you have permission from everyone shown, including a parent or guardian's permission for any minor. You give Sponsor permission to share your submission on its website, social media, and marketing without compensation. Sponsor will not identify any minor by name.

Winner selection and odds
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the drawing date listed in the Giveaway Details. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize
The prize and its retail value are listed in the Giveaway Details. No cash substitute or transfer is allowed. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. There are no fees to claim the prize. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Winner notification
Sponsor will contact the winner at no cost by email, phone, or direct message within 3 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of notification. Sponsor may announce the winner's full name on its website and social media.

Privacy
Your information will be used only to run the giveaway and contact you about it, and will not be sold or shared.

Social media
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you release Meta from any liability.

Release
By entering, you release Sponsor and RE/MAX Suburban from any liability related to the giveaway or the prize.

General
Sponsor may cancel or modify a giveaway if fraud or problems beyond its control affect its fairness. Sponsor's decisions are final. These rules are governed by Illinois law. To request the winner's name, email marketing@listingsbyleslie.com within 60 days after the drawing.
