Official Rules.
These rules apply to every Leslie McDonnell Team monthly giveaway. The prize, number of winners, eligibility, and dates for the current giveaway are listed in the box above (the "Giveaway Details"). Special giveaways, such as Pie Day, have their own rules.

No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Sponsor
The Leslie McDonnell Team, RE/MAX Suburban, 1344 S. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048, (847) 367-5861. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.

Eligibility
Open to the people described in the Giveaway Details. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter
Enter during the entry period using a method listed in the Giveaway Details. All entry methods have an equal chance of winning. Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Entries received outside the entry period, or incomplete entries, will not be counted. Answers to optional questions on the form do not affect your chances of winning.

Winner selection and odds
The number of winners listed in the Giveaway Details will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each person may win only once per giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize
The prize and its retail value are listed in the Giveaway Details. No cash substitute or transfer is allowed. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. There are no fees to claim the prize. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Winner notification
Sponsor will contact the winner at no cost by email, phone, or direct message within 3 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of notification. Winners will be announced on the date listed in the Giveaway Details. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may post your full name as a winner on its website and social media.

Privacy
Your information will be used to run the giveaway and contact you about it, and to send you updates from Sponsor if you agreed to receive them. It will not be sold. See our privacy policy.

Release
By entering, you release Sponsor and RE/MAX Suburban from any liability related to the giveaway or the prize.

General
Sponsor may cancel or modify a giveaway if fraud or problems beyond its control affect its fairness. Sponsor's decisions are final. These rules are governed by Illinois law. To request the winner's name, email marketing@listingsbyleslie.com within 60 days after the drawing.

How do I enter the monthly giveaway?
Fill out the short entry form on our giveaways page. It takes less than a minute, and one entry per person counts for that month’s drawing.
Do I have to buy or sell a home to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary, and entering does not obligate you to anything. The giveaway is simply a thank-you to our clients and neighbors.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. The number of winners for each month is listed in the box at the top of this page.
How will I know if I won?
We will reach out by email, phone, or direct message within 3 days of the drawing. Winners are also announced on our giveaways page.
